GT60 (16F3) & GT70 (1762):

The 0x9F's flag either ACPI.sys or nvlddmkm.sys as being corrupt, this could point to a 'bad' driver trying to load into their position in memory. Let's try to rule that out first, then reinstall the latest graphics version from the MSI site.
'Old' drivers and known 'bad/misbehaving' drivers below, the old drivers will need updating where possible, the graphics drivers (for most notebooks) should only be updated from the OEM (MSI here) site. Drivers in red need uninstalling completely where they are 'utility' software drivers, otherwise update them:
