Hello,
for the past few months I've been having random BSOD crashes. There does seem to be consistent behaviour that causes them. I have been getting USB errors randomly, sometimes when I am not even using the computer.
I do not have any usb devices plugged into my usb ports, though I do occasionally get pop-up messages saying "One of the USB devices attached to your computer has malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it". If I check my USB devices in device manager there is often an "unknown device".
I've attached a screenshot of a bluescreen, a Perfmon report, and Sysnative File Collection bundle. I am currently running driver verifier. At least I think I am. I ran it as instructed and then rebooted my computer, but I don't see it as a running process, so maybe I did something wrong there.
Thanks in advance,
David
