The specific error you're getting points at either your ethernet or wifi driver needing an update. Not sure if you have the N76VM or N76VZ, but it does look like they had updates to the LAN and wireless drivers only a couple months ago, so that would be a good place to start.

Go ahead and run Driver Verifier for next day with normal use of computer
http://www.techsupportforum.com/foru...ed-473665.html

Your computer will be a little sluggish when running driver verifier
report back if you get another BSOD
and you can upload the mini dump files
they are usually under
C:\Windows\minidump
or you can follow the article below
http://www.techsupportforum.com/foru...ta-452654.html

Errors naming netio.sys are frequently security software related, which firewall and antivirus do you use?

Read the following page, download the removal (MCPR.exe) tool and use it as suggested: How to uninstall or reinstall supported McAfee products using the Consumer Products Removal tool (MCPR)

Yes, this old crash was probably caused by a McAfee firewall driver - there was a lot left over.

Please continue using the laptop as normal, or harder - when you get a new crash, note down the 0x******** code and check for a new crash dump - please upload it and update us with some details about what the laptop was used for in the minute or 2 before the crash happened.

If you do not get another crash in the next ~36 hours, turn off Driver Verifier: Bring up an elevated administrative cmd/DOS screen - - type verifier /reset

If you don't get a new crash in about 7-10 days from now, you probably fixed it.
