0x51 - Registry hive error - I/O error
It seems that the liquid may have damaged the hard drive.
While in Safemode, run
chkdsk /r from a CMD prompt; select "Y" to the question, then re-boot.
You can also run HDD diagnostics - SeaTools for DOS, LONG test -

In the end, I suspect you will need to replace the HDD.
