Welcome to TSF!

Could you try to upload a BSOD report for us?

If you can't, because it crashes too soon, I understand. Try to upload the minidumps instead.

Go to C:\Windows\Minidump and copy all of the dmp files to the desktop. Select all>right-click on one>Send to>New Compressed folder. Then attach the zip file to your next post by use of the paperclip icon in the advanced editor.

Sorry, I never got the message. Thanks to Reventon for sending me this link again!

First, download this program: http://live.sysinternals.com/autoruns.exe

Also download this: http://jcgriff2.com/0x2/BSOD_Windows7_Vista_v2.60_jcgriff2_.exe

Save them both into your Documents folder.

Right-click on the BSOD_Windows7_Vista_v2.60_jcgriff2.exe, and select "Run as Administrator".

Next, open the start menu, and enter perfmon /report. Then go to File > Save as > "perfmon.html".

When the jcgriff2 app is done, right-click on the new Windows7_Vista folder, that will be found in Documents, and select Send to> New compressed folder.

Then, drag the perfmon file you saved into that zip folder.

John's directions for attaching a file are as good as anything I can say, so I'll just quote it:
start a reply to your post as you normally would. Once in the reply screen, scroll down and you will see "Manage Attachments". Click on it. A smaller screen will appear - click on "Browse" - up toward the top. Locate the zip file that you are attaching and select it = Windows7_Vista_jcgriff2.zip - in your Documents folder. Click 2x on it. You will be returned to the smaller screen. Click on "Upload" (next to Browse). Close the smaller window and submit your reply post.
