Another BSOD for Win 7 Dell E6410

Another BSOD. This one has been in for multiple issues relating to BSOD- I think this may be another symantec- but not sure. When I have some time of my own I'd love to learn about how to read these things...but this customer is rather....insistent they get their system back and soon.

Windows 7
x86
Original OS was Windows 7 Pro
System ordered from Dell pre-installed with Win7 Pro, re-imaged immediately to an image that was Win7 Pro, not even a full first boot- booted to CD, and used Clonezilla to reimage laptop.
OS installation (reimage)- August 4th 2010

Syamtec Endpoint named probable cause in one of the BSODs -

Get rid of Symantec Endpoint.

Remove Daemon Tools/ Alcohol 120. The driver sptd.sys, common to both, is a known cause of BSODs.
