My guess is just NW of Sydney NSW, Australia. perhaps the Blue Mountain area
Triangulation points from Uluru (aka Ayers Rock), Thredbo & Muraroa don't quite meet.
Logic tells me that it will be in a popular tourist place, hence the Blue Mountains

Taking your word that it's real, I'd have to agree with you on the location It's the only spot where the Signs (Uluru, Sydney, Melbourne, and LA) line up best.
If we had decent world map, it'd be easier.
