So yesterday all was fine. no downloads or anything. and this morning I woke up to a trojan on my remote computer back home (wont be there for another few days!!!!!) saying I'm infected with a ukash trojan.

I dont get how? I have symantec endpoint protection installed, Firewall enabled on both the router and Windows....

running WS2008R2. I dont get how this happened. completely stumped.

is there a way I can remove this remotely? how do I remove it? and is there any guarentee that no traces would be left after removing it?

im just in shock. it is my main system... has alot of technical work on it amoungst other things. yes i have back ups but dont want to waste hours to try and restore and incase of that trojan has infected other files.

any help is much appreciated
