I tried deleting some files associated with this virus today, but to no avail. I deleted the following from my win32 folder:

But when I boot up into normal mode, after a few moments I get a blue screen.. it talks of dumping of physical memory. I can successfully boot iinto Safe Mode, though. I looked online somewhere to try and fix the desktop image/blue screen of death, they said to go to the regedit and navigate to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\microsoft\windows
CurrentVersion\Policies\system
I right clicked NoDispScrSavPage and I changed value to 0 under Modify. Did same to NoDispBackgroundPage.
Thats what I've done so far, I've ran MalwareBytes and Spy Hunter with no luck.

I ran MalwareBytes for a second time yesterday, and it found 2 items. I did delete them with MalwareBytes, rebooted my computer into Normal Mode. Nothing new, after about 5-10 seconds of seeing my desktop after a fresh reboot, it cuts to a blue screen. Basically it says that the reason you're seeing this blue screen is that its protecting any harm done to my computer... then towards the bottom it says Begging Dump of Physical Memory... Dump complete. Pressing Escape doesn't work, or clicking the mouse, or Ctrl Alt Del.
I read somewhere online that you can disable the KernelFaultcheck. Will that be a solution to my problem?
Or should I go into safe mode, put my computer settings back to say, Monday, before the virus occured? I forget what thats called exactly.
Any help would be appreciated. I need to get my computer back ASAP!

I ran MalwareBytes for a second time yesterday, and it found 2 items. I did delete them with MalwareBytes, rebooted my computer into Normal Mode. Nothing new, after about 5-10 seconds of seeing my desktop after a fresh reboot, it cuts to a blue screen. Basically it says that the reason you're seeing this blue screen is that its protecting any harm done to my computer... then towards the bottom it says Begging Dump of Physical Memory... Dump complete. Pressing Escape doesn't work, or clicking the mouse, or Ctrl Alt Del.
I read somewhere online that you can disable the KernelFaultcheck. Will that be a solution to my problem?
Or should I go into safe mode, put my computer settings back to say, Monday, before the virus occured? I forget what thats called exactly.
Any help would be appreciated. I need to get my computer back ASAP!
