my windows vista laptop is infected

Hi... I have a windows vista OS on my HP tablet laptop.. It has been infected with virus for last couple of days. My windows explorer always goes down crashing and if I have any browser windows open, they automatically disappear..

I am attaching my hijack this log file.. please help me get my laptop back to normal..
