Badly Infected laptop...

Hello,
Need a bit of help here. Cannot do anything at all or delete to continue what I would like to do. I believe I am badly infected by either malware and/or virus. One thing I have noticed that it says listener.exe in infected by W32/Blaster.worm please activate Internet Security to protect your computer...

I have tried going to Last Known Good Config and still the same problem..
Need your help guys...

If necessary, download and run the tools in Safe Mode with Networking:
  • Restart your computer.
  • After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, start pressing the F8 key.
  • In some systems, this may be the F5 key.
  • Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear.
  • Use the up arrow key to highlight Safe Mode with Networking and press 'Enter'.
  • Login on your usual account.
