I just got a new power supply and installed it after that the computer is very slow and is making a grinding noise and the fan is ruining very loud.

My pc is a Dell XPS 410

You will need to isolate the cause of the "grinding noise" and resolve the problem.

As for the fan "running loud", that's typically a sign that it's running at high or full speed. Ensure all of the heatsinks and fans are still properly attached.

Dynex PSU's are poor quality.
Why was the PSU changed?
Was the grinding noise present before the PSU change?
Were the fan speeds normal before the change?

Maybe a wire in the PSU hitting the fan?

Bad bearings

I would definitely get a different PSU like the other mentioned if the one you have is poor quality.
