120mm Fan

What are the best 120mm fans that have the best airflow. And a descent price. Are the Silenx and good?

Re: 120mm Fan

Are you looking for pure air volume or something that's quiet? XBitlabs did a two roundups on 120MM fans.
120 mm Fan Roundup, Part I: 1350 RPM or Lower Rotation Speed - X-bit labs
120 mm Fan Roundup, Part 2: 1350 RPM or Higher Rotation Speed - X-bit labs

Is there a program that you can adjust your fan speeds? Specific ports I hook them up to?

Your Mobo may have System Fan connections but I prefer connecting case fans to the PSU to avoid an unnecessary load on the Mobo.
