Will this video card work with my computer?

I was wanting to know if this video card would work in my computer.
Newegg.com - PowerColor Go! Green AX5450 512MK3-SH Radeon HD 5450 (Cedar) 512MB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card

Here are my motherboard specs for video

Integrated graphics using Intel GMA 950
Up to 256MB (with 512MB or more PC memory)
Also supports PCI Express x16 graphics cards*

Here is the actual motherboard

Motherboard Specifications, P5LP-LE (Leonite2) HP Pavilion a6250t CTO Desktop PC - HP Customer Care (United States - English)

If it doesn't if someone would make me a recommendation of what video card to get. I want one that will give me HDMI quality

Re: Will this video card work with my computer?

It will work with your motherboard, but you will have to upgrade your 300w OEM spec PSU for a good quality 550w 80+ PSU. Corsair HX, TX, AX or Seasonic or XFX PSU's are good quality units.

Re: Will this video card work with my computer?

The type of memory is provided in the link you gave us. It is as follows:

Dual channel memory architecture, four 240-pin DDR2 DIMM sockets. Supported DIMM types:

PC2-3200 (400 MHz)
PC2-4200 (533 MHz)
PC2-5300 (667 MHz)

(non-ECC memory only, unbuffered)

Maximum HP/Compaq approved memory is 4 GB*
32 bit PCs cannot address a full 4.0 GB of memory.

So probably, something along the lines of these:

Newegg.com - Computer Hardware, Memory, Desktop Memory, 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM, DDR2 667 (PC2 5300), 2GB (2 x 1GB)
