I have a spare nvidia 6800 i'd like to use with my laptop. of course, i don't have any idea if this is possible. if i opened up my laptop, would it be out of the question to somehow manage a setup in which my nvidia 6800 would be connected to the motherboard (i guess i'd have to leave the case open for the appropriate wiring to work).

There is not a slot in a laptop to put the card in, even if their was the key board and screen would be in the way.
