The artifacts are exactly similar to this guy's video (found it while googling for possible causes)

I couldn't record mine because they last 1-2 seconds and then the driver crashes and the cycle begins.
I removed my Nvidia drivers, used Display Driver Uninstaller and installed 2 stable (one latest) and 1 beta drivers to test it but the problem stays. I also modified the fan profile in MSI Afterburner to prevent overheating but it still happens even though the GPU barely crosses 52-55
So is my GPU (GTX 560) the problem? I use a Corsair TX650W to power my PC (i5-2500k, 8GB RAM, 2HDDs + 1SSD)
Also, i should add that i got some black screens when loading into Windows like maybe 5-7 times over the last month. Since it happened rarely, i didn't pay much attention. The only solution whenever this happened was to shut down the computer and the power supply and try again. Rebooting apparently didn't fix it.
Update 1: It's even starting to happen (although less frequently) while browsing on Chrome now -_-
Update 2: For some reason it didn't crash now for like 30 mins when i played the same games. I didn't do anything or change anything, just rebooted after the last crash. This is really bugging me out.
