New Build. Working Graphics card but no display

Hi,

I've built a new pc using a Gigabyte 990x Mobo (G-990x for short). (The mobo doesn't have it's own integrated graphics by the way so a graphics card is a must install).

All components are compatible, I checked. My MSI 770 Graphics Card has been tested on other PCs and it works fully. My Monitor and cables work fully too. I have also tested another Graphics Card on my G-990x. However, I still have no display even though the fans spins. Any idea how to fix this?

I can't even get into bios. Like nothing shows up on the screen. Normally if there's something wrong, there should be a beep sound from the motherboard but even that doesn't happen. I once deliberately took out the CPU to check but nothing. There is no beep sound at all.

The full specs are:

***********************************************
Mobo (New): Gigabyte 990x Gaming SLI.
CPU (Used Condition): AMD FX-6300.
Graphics Card: MSI 770.
CPU Fan (New): Stock AMD Cooler.
PSU (New): Corsair VS450.
HDD (Used Condition): Seagate 750GB.
SSD (Used Condition): Samsung Evo 256 GB.
ATX Case: Sharkoon VG4-W.
***********************************************

Please help me with this as soon as you can. Thanks.
