Cry Component HD Cable For Xbox 360. 720p Not Working (Kinda) :´(

Hey,
I just found out that you get better quality if you play in 720p, so I switched from 1080i to 720p on Xbox. After I had done it, it started to lag on the screen, so I tried out the HDMI cables and then it worked just fine! Then I switched to component hd cable again, but it started only to lag. It lagged not on my imac, but only on TV screen. I use component cable because I have hdpvr capture card. Can anyone please help me? :´(

I'm confused what your iMac has to do with your xBox 360. Are you using a TV or a monitor? In any case, 720P or 1080i shouldn't matter (aside from possible visual quality). Also, the cable type shouldn't affect playback. In any case, try different cables.

I capture video gameplay with a HDPVR from my Xbox 360 to my IMac. To get it capture i need Component cables. Sooo, i try to capture and play Xbox 360 games in 720p, but then it start to lag on my TV Screen. Could my TV take 1081i but not 720p ?? Thats the whole point ;)
