reinstall SoundMax
I've lost all audio....getting a message that tells me I need to reinstall SoundMax.

Help! I have limited computer skills.

whats the make and model of computer, if custom make and model of mother board. goto device manager anything with a yellow or red beside anything?

go here to get driver install the uaa driver first then the sound max driver.

you mean the whole device manger window is empty? if so see if this helps
Device Manager empty or blank in Windows?
