~On board Realtek 892 no more audio~

First i say Hello to everybody!!!
i'm just new of this forum...
i was wandering if some one help me...so here my problem:
I was running my Rig (that it's on my signature) very happy...
i just bought a new case, but when i finish to mount everything, i found that the if i left something connected to the audio-out(green) on mobo, Windows became mad and start to say that something as been pugged/unplugged 'till i remove the plug...
Now it just doesn't seems to relaeve any connection...
BTW the sound driver are correctly installed (and updated), the chip it's recognized from windows and marked as currectly working, all wires are connected 100% in the right place.
And i've to say that everything was working properly before te changing of the case.

I was starting the RMA process 'cause i don't see any solution...don't think that a clear in 7 will fix this issue btw i'll give a try also to this option before sending...
'cause all other stuff works just great...

PLS if someone know that it's a solvable issue help me!
cheers in advice!!
edit: dunno why there is no my signature...so i write my pc spec here:

Disable "notifications when a device is connected" (or something similar) in the Realtek setup. I don't recall where it's located.

It's basically a Realtek driver issue.
