Ventrilo 3.0.3 Server Issue

I'm looking for some additional insight from some bright minds on why it is no one can connect to my Ventrilo Server. I have a original post on the Ventrilo forum that has gone unsolved and I was hoping to branch out to you guys to seek some resolution.

http://ventrilo.com/forums/showthread.php?t=39635

Thats the original forum topic I started over at the Ventrilo forums. For those of you interested in helping but are too lazy to click that link, here is the run down:

-Running Vista x64
-Have Ventrilo 3.0.3 server software installed
-I can connect using 127.0.0.1 loopback.
-Ventrilo status page shows it unable to connect. Using either a dynamic DNS or WAN IP.
-Ports are forwarded both on router and modem (3784 UDP, TCP, and 6100 UDP)
-I have attempted to connect straight from the modem.
-Both the modem and router's firmware is up to date.
-IP passthrough straight from the modem doesn't solve the issue either.
Nor does DMZ hosting my IP through the router (obviously...)
-No firewall installed, Windows firewall disabled
-No antivirus
-Configured DHCP settings to gather IP lease automatically in network adapter properties
-Disabled additional network adapters
-Disabled IPv6
-Run server as administrator
-Ran in compatibility mode
-Turned of UAC and gave full admin to my account

Users still cannot connect.

Any insight is greatly appreciated.
