Black Ops PC High ping problems
Ever since a week or two ago my ping for Black Ops servers has been acting weird. At first it used to stay at 20-40 for servers near me in NY, NJ, and upstate or around me. Now, ALL the servers close to me have a ping that will fluctuate from 100-250, once in a blue moon turning back to normal. I also used TCP Optimizer around this time, trying to optimize my settings to try and get a lower ping for Combat Arms(Free FPS). I'm not sure if this is the reason, but I'd greatly appreciate any help trying to fix this problem.
