Windows vista refusing to load up

Well my windows vista isn't loading up, it freezes on the little bar moving on the loading part, I've tried booting it but still nothing happens... Any help to get it working again?

I've tried booting it... And also I don't have a windows disk...

Please post the make and model of your computer or if a custom build the make and model of
motherboard
cpu
ram
gpu
psu
could you borrow a copy of the same os as is installed from a friend

None of my friends have the disk.....

Please post the specs as requested have you tried tapping F8 on boot and choosing last known good configuration,does the machine have a recovery partition
