Windows Vista Bootup

Normally, when I boot Windows Vista it loads normally directly to my desktop.

Now, for some reason, when I turn on my computer, it goes directly to a boot screen asking me what I want to run. I didn't tell it to do this, and I haven't added anything that could have caused this. I also don't have any other OS's on my PC. Anyone know what's going on and how to fix it?
