I wanna know how to manage windows 7 with 512 MB RAM , 1.80Ghz dual core processor.
What are the unwanted processes which can be removed to increase RAM ?

OS: XP SP3, Windows 7 SP1

Windows 7 with 512MB RAM is going to be very slow no matter what you do. 1GB is the specified minimum for this OS. Disabling unneeded processes isn't going to help much.

If at all possible you should upgrade RAM to 1GB at the very least, preferably more. If this is not possible you should consider installing XP or some version of Linux.
