Just bought a SONY VGN 16.4 Lap Top with 64 bit Vista. When I plugged the drive in for the first time, the system asked me if I wanted to speed the drive up and I said no.
Now, when I plug the drive in, it just clicks away and there is no message from the system. The drive works fine on my old lap top with XP. The compatiblity and driver information on the Seagate site is a wash.
Is it just uncompatible or is this some kind of driver problem?
