Vista Home Premium SP2 x64 Kernel Memory Leak

Hello.

I am running Vista Home Premium SP2 x64 as stated in the title and since a day or 2-3 i have been experiencing extreme laggyness after a while.
Today i noticed that at some random point my system starts to allocate about 200 kernel objects / second, idk really how i can see what driver is causing this memory leak.. but i can tell that 130k kernel object handles (compared to the normal 2.7k) is quite ALOT and makes my system very laggy..

stuff im running (though im pretty sure its not these as it would be noticed in taskmgr when its processes/ring3..):
iTunes, Firefox, MSN Messenger, Pidgin, VMWare (could be.. due to the fact it also has ring0 backend..). Thats pretty much most ring3 stuff..

I dont suppose i have a virus or sth.. as im running vista x64 its quite hard to get into ring0 -- due to driver signing & stuff..

does anyone know anything about this, or is able to help me a bit?

greetings, Jurrrrr
