i have a computer in need of vista because it is incompatible with anything else, and I was wondering if I can use the Vista Evaluation VHD on it. Do I need windows installed first in order to evaluate vista, or can I boot from the evaluation and install it as my first operating system?:4-dontkno

I found the download for Microsoft VHD.
The system requirements for VHD are Windows Vista, Server 2003 or XP.
