VISTA download help.

Ok, so last night, I started to download Windows Vista from MS website. It was going really fast, and I went to bed in the middle of it expecting it to be done. Now I wake up to find it STUCK at 99%. What is going on? It isn't DONE is it? Should I just wait for it to reach 100%? At the moment, there are no connections, and it shows the full 3.13 as being downloaded.... what should I do here?

pause and resume the d/l and wait for 100%,there are that many d/loading it the servers are overloaded
