Hello, I'm a newbie here and I tried to search the forum for my minor problem with my computer before posting. Anyway, I'm trying to put a computer for my kid, ECS board and AMD 2000 duo core and a seagate 500gb drive. My bios detected all my hardware but during installation vista could only recognized like 137gb drive, so I double check my drive and it's sure a 500gb, any idea what is missing during my pre-installation, any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your reply, I finally got iy to work after re-installing vista 3 times, had to do it over and over again until vista could detect it and partitioned as 2 drives. Not sure why the Seagate cd that came with it would not run on vista during installation, but anyway it's running fine now with updates, thanks again.
