I just installed a fresh version of Win7 pro. Gigabyte b150 d3sh motherboard. Inside windows I have no USB or ethernet. I've tried legacy and uefi. Attached a couple screen shots. I've tried 3.0 and 2.0 ports. My USB mouse works in Windows and bios. Flash drives are visible in bios, not windows.
As I said, my USB mouse works in both bios and Windows. It's on 3.0 port. USB 2.0 and 3.0 are recognized in bios, but not windows. I have a different flash drive plugged into each.
Figure it out. So like my last issue there was a tool that inserts usb drivers into your windows install drive. Well this tool has 3 options. Add usb drivers, add nvme drivers, and add extra packages. I assumed I only needed usb, and that worked. But I ended up reinstalling windows and checked all 3 this time. USB 3.0 worked after that. Thanks for the replies!
