unable to start windows normally

hiii.......sir, im unable to start my windows normally , but starting in safe mode . would u suggest me some way......... plz reply soon..........

Hello hemant23, welcome to TSF!

Do what joeten has suggested and do the start-up repair. If that doesn't work, could you give us a bit more detail of what is occurring when you start your system? For example, do you get a BSOD ( Blue Screen of Death )? Does it automatically shut down upon a normal boot?

Sounds like the Windows "infinite loop" problem. Have you recently installed new hardware ( like a new video card, or perhaps just a new USB device is plugged in )? If so, try removing that device and boot back up.

and after den.........???? after restarting after it is giving options either for safe mode or normal but after choosing normal same problem arises..which was my problem
