Hi, Created my FIRST cd ever using vista explorer burn cd..

I copied folders/files to "temporary burn folder" and then clicked on that , but now I have on the CD a folder named "temporary burn folder" -

I also notice that there's a file "desktop.ini" also created on new cd.

How do I get rid of "temporary burn folder" or do this correctly?

TIA

I guess my question is:

How do I copy a cd to another cd without ending with a "temporary burn folder" folder on new cd?

I know this seems like a simple question, but I can't find an answer anywhere..

Hi I have a similar problem. I am trying to burn 7 folders (~3.3gb of data) to a DVD. The second last folder on the DVD is renamed to "Temporary Burn Folder". This occurs when I use Ashampoo software AND ALSO when I burn the DVD using the Windows burn mechanism. I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit. Any help, explanation, workaround etc would be much appreciated. cheers

When the file opens up that says ":You have files that are ready to burned to a CD" choose to Burn these files on the left menu. The files should disappear after they are burned. If not choose to Delete temporary files.
