System BOOT Fail

While running Vista (64 bit) I was restarting my computer due to yet another freeze up I noticed something weird. Once I booted up the screen was completely black and slowly turned white from top to bottom and slowly faded to reveal the display logo for my motherboard. After about 10 minutes it would finally show me a different screen saying

Keyboard error or no keyboard present
***** Warning: System BOOT Fail *****
Your system last boot fail or POST interrupted.
Please enter setup to load default and reboot again

Press F1 to continue. Press DEL to enter setup.

I have not changed any files or added anything and because it will not recognize my G15 keyboard I am stuck with a useless $3000 computer.
Can anyone offer any ideas on how to fix this?

Try reinstalling.

What is the origin of your OS? Is it legit?
