I have a Sony VGN-CS110E, new laptop that came with Vista Premium, I bought the upgrade disks for Ultimate, but it will not work. Sony site doesn't show that it supports Ultimate with my model. Is there a way to make it work? Help!

The upload from the Ultimate disk, went through the install, until it got to the very end, at which time I got a blue screen, with warning to re-boot, and if the same screen came up, an abort was necessary. The first time I tried the install, I did it with a clean install. The second time, after I had restored my original OS, I did just an upgrade install, same result. I called Sony, talked to a rep in India, he said my model didn't support Ultimate. I went to Sony WEB site, ran their upgrade advisor which showed my system was satisfactory, except for one component that would not work with ultimate, namely, Intel r series express chipset family. I believe it is somethiing to do with display. I returned the Ultimate Upgrade disks to Best Buy, and they gave me a new set of disks, which I am wondering whether to try or not.
