OS: win7 sp1

Hello,
I run win7 sp1 on my Toshiba Satellite.
While booting, a windows stating a certain "dwwistat.dll" is missing shows up. I simply close it and move on, since nothing appears to be out of order.
The weird part is that I find no nothing whatsoever when I search for it in the web. Does anyone know this dll file and which program calls it ??
Thanks heaps!

Rich,

Thanks a lot for the tip, found it and solved it!
("mistery" remains, though - what the heck is "Necrosoft Corporation"????)

Happy New Year!!!
