i got a pc from a friend, and it has windows vista sp1, and i have run several programs to get rid of the porn he had on here, and now it freezes up all the time no matter what i'm doing, is there a way u can help me, and also, is there a way to restore the whole comp without a disk? thanks for ur time

hi look up the mfr support website for your make and model for info as you have not given any spec make or model nor what progs you have used that is all i can tell you there may be a recovery partition and you can find how to access it via mfr
