Howdy all!
I'm running Vista Home with Office Enterprise. I have several printers that I hook up to on a network and can easily add them and use them. However, when I shutdown my computer, I seem to be losing something and cannot use the printers again without deleting them from my system and reloading them.
I never used to have the problem, but have recently had two failed attempts at loading service pack 1. Since recovering from them I have not been able to resolve the issue.
I have done a scan and am find a lot of errors in the cbs.log file that look like this:
-10-22 12:44:23, Info CSI 00000104 Ignoring duplicate ownership for directory [l:108{54}]"\??\C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Ink" in component Microsoft-Windows-TabletPC-Platform-COMRuntime, Version = 6.0.6000.16386, pA = PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE_INTEL (0), Culture neutral, VersionScope = 1 nonSxS, PublicKeyToken = {l:8 b:31bf3856ad364e35}, Type neutral, TypeName neutral, PublicKey neutral
Any ideas?????
Cheers
