operating syatems
I have the blue screen and was told that i need a complete system recovery. I do not have the Windows Operating System Disk. Where can I save a free copy of Windows 7 OS 64 bit onto my USB disk so I can fix my laptop.

Re: operating syatems
If your friends or family have same version of windows you can borrow their CD and use it with your key

Re: operating syatems
Follow the link in the Quote that Loda posted. You may not need to reinstall Windows. BSODs are usually caused by drivers and not a bad Windows Installation.
What model # Inspiron do you have? You can also press the F12 Key at bootup and run the Dell Diagnostics.

Re: operating syatems
when you power up the computer, start tapping the f8 key. This should take you to a screen from which you can repair or reinstall your os without the disk.
