Hi, it should not be necessary to reset your router if you do you will lose your connection to your ISP and will have to reconfigure it again.
Better if you power cycle router and computer. Turn off the router and remove the wall plug with the power off press the router start button for a sec , this will drain all residual power. Now turn off the computer and remove the wall plug, hold down the start button for a sec this will remove all residual power. Now restart your router and wait until all needed led lights show. Now restart your computer and try your site now.
What AV do you use and does it have a firewall included? to check if windows firewall is running open a cmd as admin and type:-
Netsh Advfirewall show allprofiles > 0 & notepad 0 (press enter) a notepad will open if you like you can post the contents here if you need them explained.
Hi, you didn't tell us what Anti Virus program you use (AV) and what happened when you power cycled the router and computer? The windows firewall settings are as they should be. I have no problems accessing your site.
my site is working now...thanks for your valuable reply
