My laptop, a Fujitsus Siemens keeps shutting down as soon as I start watching a video on youtube, skynews or movies as well as series on internet. Can anyone help me please?
Hi,
What type of laptop is it? (what processor, what type of graphic card)
Does it go black all of a sudden or does it say "windows is saving you settings", blah, blah? This could be caused by overheating, especially if it happens during graphics heavy operations.
You could check if there are new drivers for your laptop/graphics card.
Also if it does the windows shutting down part it might be a virus, so a virus scan is welcomed.
Hope this helps.
What is the model# of the Fujitsu Siemens laptop?
Blow out all the fans with a can of compressed air. Be sure there is ventilation to the bottom of the laptop. consider using a laptop cooler.
Go to the Fujitsu site, find your model # and Download the latest Display/Video driver for your laptop. Download the latest Adobe Flash Player, and Java.
