my acer aspire laptop :(

Hello my name is Niqua and I'm having a trouble fixing my laptop. Its an Acer Aspire 5732z and it wont boot up it will go to the windows start up screen and then i get an error message saying it encounted a problemand needs to restart. I did not receive a recovery disk or a manual for it and I'm so lost please help

Hello NiQui and welcome to TSF!

Have you tried booting in Safe-Mode?.
If not you can try this by holding F8 when Windows is about to boot and a menu should appear. You should select " Boot in Safe Mode". See if you manage to get to desktop with this.

Hey Altie I have tried booting in safe mode and it will say that windows can't boot in safe mode

Try "Last Known Configuration" Or go to Advanced Options and or Repair Computer select your language then select Repair Computer select Next then select command Prompt.
Type in

CHKDSK X: /R

X: represents the drive that Windows is installed on normally it is C:

When I select last known good configuration it does the same repeating process over again where it says "setup is starting services" and the error message pops up saying "the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error..."

It is not letting you? You can not get into the Windows 7 Repair Environment? Any errors when attempting to enter it?
