You can retrieve your Windows Vista product key with this tool. If you can borrow a Vista 64bit installation DVD, you can reinstall Vista with your original key.

 

The program only show my window 7 upgrade key not my vista 64 bit key.

Am I using the program right? I installed it and it automatically shows window 7.

 

You're using it right. It must be that your Win7 product key is the current one. I don't know for certain if the Vista key gets removed or overwritten during the upgrade.

I assume you don't have a Vista product key sticker on your computer case then? You could try SIW and look under the heading Licenses and see if it finds your Vista key. Or Google Belarc advisor and try that program.
