I have a dell zino model 400 with a AMD Athlon 2650 processor 64 bit. I have been trying to do a factory restore on it and im having issues. Ive tried the Ctrl+F11 to do a full system recovery but tat seems to do nothing, if i select F8 during startup i can do a system restore but it populates the user name and when it completes it still has the profile attached to it. i contacted Dell and they sent me 2 discs which i thought would have restored the machine but they dont. i dont want to save anything just bring it back to factory settings.

my concern with these disc is that i have a hp and i bought software from them, and when i place the first disc in there it goes on autopilot and goes through the steps to restore the pc. i thought these dell discs would have done the same but they dont one disc is dark in color and labeled as Driver & utilities. the other one is red and is labeled operating System Reinstallation DVD Windows Vista Home Edition 32bit SP1. both discs have wrote on them "ALREADY INSTALLED ON YOUR COMPUTER". im just trying to do a factory restore the same as the day i bought it. these disc have let me down, lol

something else here, when i do F8 at start up and select the factory restoer, after i select US for the country it then goes to a next screen which ask for the user or something and it auto populates the name on there, and after it says it has factory reset, it hasnt cause if i go to a place like youtube or something it shows be already logged in, same with netflix? i dont know, lol
