What happens if you try to boot into Safe Mode?

Do you have the Windows 7 CD?

What happens when you press CTRL+ALT+DEL?

The virus or removal process damaged the registry or core windows files.
With the Windows install disk or a Win7 recovery disk you try a start up repair, or enter the recovery consul and run a sfc scan.

The problem was that I couldn't get to the log on screen due to some error. I left it trying to go to system repair and finally it worked. I get on and the virus was a java update, fake. I saw the exe in downloads with an auto run attached. Fixed now

Sometimes I've had to run system repair 3 times to get everything straightened out.

Reboot or turn on the machine. As soon as you see your machine's name logo splash screen keep tapping F8. Go to "Advanced Options" or "Repair Computer" Select your language then "Repair Your Computer" An installation of Windows should be detected after that select "Next" Then "Next" again go to command prompt and type in, then hit enter.

Code:
sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows
