HP Pavillion elite e9220f won't boot

I have an HP Pavilion Elite e9220f, I am running windows 7 premium edition.

I scanned for viruses with Norton, restarted, and it came up to a black screen with a blinking curser in the top left corner of the screen. All I can do is ctrl alt del and return to the same screen, I can get into bios and switch from my hardrive to boot from cd rom, but that is no help. My computer came preinstalled so I do not have a windows disk or anything to boot from. F8 F11 and nothing else work except F10 to bios.

Does ANYONE know anything i can do to boot up in anyway..

You were supposed to make a set of recovery CDs yourself when you first got your HP computer. There is an HP Windows utility installed which allows you to do that, and the user guide points out that fact.

Without any system backup CDs, you can start recovery from the hard drive by repeatedly tapping F11 as soon as the HP splash-screen appears at boot time:
