Evil

The program "Rebate Informer" (by Rebate Giant) automatically loads onto my Desktop whenever I start my computer. I run Windows Vista Home Premium, Service Park 1. My Malwarebytes, Spybots, and AVG (free edition) do not detect "Rebate Informer" and it is a pain as I need to delete it manually from the Desktop every time the computer starts.

Thanks so much...

Ljustiz

Thanks so much Kenny for your quick assistance! You were 100% right on.

It was so easy to follow your directions and get rid of this "Rebate Informer" pest which I've had for the last year!!! I had asked 2 tech guys over the last year for help and neither one could come up with a solution.

Larry :-)
