Home Premium vs Professional

Hey!

I'm building a new PC and am going with Windows 7 as my OS. Was wondering what the difference between Home premium and Professional versions of the OS are. (64-bit for both) There's about a 30 dollar difference between the 2 and I have no idea which one would be better for me. I'll be using this computer mainly for gaming (and basic stuff like homework)

Also, does OEM mean anything besides loss of MS tech support?

Aside from support, the major difference between OEM and a retail disk is that with OEM the OS lives and dies on the computer is was originally installed on. With a retail disk it can be installed on several computers, just not at the same time. You have to decide if that is worth the price difference.
