google homepage black bar

Using GOOGLE as my homepage and for some reason they have added a black
bar that I have been trying to get rid of and don't know how. Can't find any
help on their support page and was wondering if anyone knows the answer. Am running Windows 7 (32 bit) Home Version and IE 10. It disappeared for a
few days but is back again. HELP!!!!!!!!!

First thing I would suggest would be to upgrade IE to version 11 which is the current version. Not only will it be more secure it may fix your issue. If it doesn't fix the issue, try clearing your browser history/cache.
View and delete your browsing history - Windows Help

I would also suggest trying a different web browser like Firefox to see if the issue still occurs.
