All of a sudden my pc started lagging while i was playing a game, so i paused the game and checked out of my pc started it's automatic scan (sometimes it tends to slow my pc)

then i went to the task manager and i saw explorer.exe taking 200,000 kb

and the cpu was 60-80%

to be honest it still is , im currently scanning with avg and malware bytes but no results, what should i post to help you, help me?

Do you have a lot of windows open?
Do you have more than one program open?
From what I see you have alot of toolbars installing IE uninstall them. Toolbars use additional RAM. Conduit Engine, Ask, Torrent toolbar, etc....

1.Close any uneeed programs when not using also during game play mostly IE if not need to play the game.
2. Clean browser Cache
3. Defrag
4. Update system drivers fro m the manufacture's website
5 Stay away from browser toolbars most contain spyware.
6. I see you download Torrents these P2P downloads can give you viruses
and malware.
7. Scan system regularly before you suspect infection.
8.Keep Windows Updated.

What is your computer specs?
RAM
CPU
Make and model of machine?
